Os New European Bauhaus project Minante<\/a> held a fascinating scientific event on the 28th of September 2023, at which I was honoured to present about ongoing research on tactical urbanism and its potential in rural settings. This topic is also related to the essence of the Mobile Worlds project by pressing for new ways of looking at a concept such as “tactical urbanism”. It is also embedded in the Minante project, which Kim is involved in and which brings together a local NGO, researchers, artists, the local population of all ages and backgrounds and two local municipalities in a very inspiring co-creative way. A co-cria\u00e7\u00e3o de espa\u00e7os p\u00fablicos e o formato \u2018t\u00e1tico\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

A co-cria\u00e7\u00e3o de espa\u00e7os p\u00fablicos j\u00e1 conheceu v\u00e1rios formatos e diversas interpreta\u00e7\u00f5es. Aqui, ser\u00e1 definida como o envolvimento de diversos atores societais (ONGs, governos locais, popula\u00e7\u00f5es locais, empresas, etc.). De momento vive uma redescoberta por grandes institui\u00e7\u00f5es e financiadores como a Uni\u00e3o Europeia. Isto tem a ver com a esperan\u00e7a de que o envolvimento de diversos atores, e a inclus\u00e3o de m\u00faltiplas opini\u00f5es e vis\u00f5es para o futuro de um lugar, ir\u00e1 aumentar tanto a criatividade demonstrada no resultado, como tamb\u00e9m o sentimento de propriedade e responsabilidade entre os utilizadores do espa\u00e7o. Ao mesmo tempo, n\u00e3o \u00e9 um processo linear, e as espectativas positivas nem sempre acabam por materializar-se. Esta apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o ir\u00e1 colocar lado-a-lado as oportunidades (como as acima descritas) com os desafios (como as tens\u00f5es com quest\u00f5es de legitimidade de apropria\u00e7\u00e3o de espa\u00e7os, ou de conflitos sobre o uso do espa\u00e7o) que a co-cria\u00e7\u00e3o leva consigo, e como poder\u00e3o ter relev\u00e2ncia no caso do formato t\u00e1tico \u2013 isto \u00e9, de pequenas interven\u00e7\u00f5es, relativamente espont\u00e2neas e potencialmente tempor\u00e1rias. Exemplos de estudos feitos no Brasil e na Holanda, e primeiras reflex\u00f5es sobre o processo do Projeto Minante, ir\u00e3o informar a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o.
